The property portfolio of SOKRATES is periodically adjusted to the current conditions in the financial and real estate market. As a result, existing properties are sold, and new projects are acquired. The resulting network of real estate owners and brokers helps us to examine projects before they are officially put on the market. We now offer this service to our clients as well!
