As a property owner with many years of experience in the management of real estate, SOKRATES offers private investors the opportunity to invest in individual properties or real estate projects. 

The motto is: 

the lowest possible risk and the greatest possible transparency for the investor, 

with an investment amount of at least CHF 100,000 or more. 

Lowest possible risk:                      the investor is registered as co-owner in the land register. 

Highest possible transparency:    the investor receives a detailed statement for the property and his                                                                    profit/return every quarter. 

Yield:                                                  yields of 5.5% to 9.8% have been realised on existing projects. 

Current and already financed real estate projects are not published on this website for reasons of discretion. New and planned real estate projects will be published on this website after completion of a comprehensive review!
